You’re ambitious and thrive on connection, but lately, you feel like you’ve lost your spark. You’re constantly behind, overwhelmed, and wondering where your motivation went. You avoid making plans because you never know how you’ll feel that day. Your emotions feel heavy and unpredictable—some days it’s hard just to get through your to-do list. You wonder if you’re depressed, but it’s hard to pinpoint what’s actually wrong. You just know that every day feels like survival—and you want more than that. You want to feel like yourself again.
Maybe you're wrapping up a post-secondary or master-level program, or just beginning your career, and everything feels uncertain and pressure-filled. You’re navigating expectations, identity shifts, and the weight of becoming an “adult” in a world that rarely slows down. You know you're capable—but you're tired, disconnected, and craving a sense of clarity, purpose, and peace.
My passion is to support clients with complex and developmental trauma, particularly as it shows up as depression and/or anxiety. I work through an attachment and nervous system lens, using mostly internal family systems and somatic therapies, though I incorporate other therapies such as acceptance commitment therapy.
