I work with individuals who are ambitious, and thrive on connection, but who often find themselves feeling overwhelmed, constantly behind and wondering where their motivation went. I work with folks who often describe feeling like they have lost their spark. They may be finishing a post-secondary or graduate program, stepping into a demanding career, or navigating major life transitions. Despite being capable and high achieving, they often feel disconnected and stuck, finding it hard to get through their to-do list.
My passion lies in supporting individuals navigating complex and developmental trauma, especially as it shows up as depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or burnout. I understand how trauma impacts our nervous system and quietly shapes our identities and relationships often without us fully realizing it. My approach is grounded in an attachment and nervous system lens, and I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapies. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other modalities based on each client's needs.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside young adults and emerging professionals as they navigate identity shifts, pressure, and the deep desire to feel more at ease in their own bodies and lives. I love supporting clients as they work through the emotional residue of trauma, rediscovering their true self, and reconnecting with a sense of clarity, purpose, and peace. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, compassion, and trust. Together, we will create space for curiosity, and growth, so that you can begin to feel like yourself again.
