I work with teens, young adults, and emerging professionals who are ambitious and thrive on connection, but who often find themselves feeling overwhelmed, constantly behind, and wondering where their motivation went. They may be finishing a post-secondary or graduate program, stepping into a demanding career, or navigating major life transitions. Despite being capable and high-achieving, they often feel disconnected and stuck, finding it hard to get through their to-do list.

My passion lies in supporting individuals navigating self-esteem, identity, purpose, relationships, and life transitions. I understand how our early experiences quietly shape our identities and relationships, often without us fully realizing it.

My approach is grounded in an attachment and nervous system lens, and I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapies. I am a trained Somatic Practitioner and Somatic Experiencing Coach, having completed the beginner, intermediate, and first advanced levels of Somatic Experiencing training — with my final advanced training completing in May 2026. I am also certified in the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP). I further integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other modalities based on each client's needs.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside teens and young adults as they navigate identity shifts, pressure, and the deep desire to feel more at ease in their own bodies and lives. I love supporting clients as they work through emotional residue, rediscover their true self, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, purpose, and peace. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, compassion, and trust. Together, we will create space for curiosity and growth, so that you can begin to feel like yourself again.

Our work together will focus on empowering you through rebuilding your self-trust and sense of self, learning self-compassion, increasing your capacity to move through your emotions, decreasing overwhelm, and giving you the tools you need to show up for yourself & those around you in a way you are proud of.

I bring a good balance of offering you strategies that support you in your day-to-day while also doing the deeper work to get to the root of your difficulties. I incorporate humour as appropriate and find clients love my relatability and at-ease nature.
