Somatic Experiencing® is a psychotherapeutic trauma resolution model focusing on the nervous system. It is a relational, response-based approach that works with a nervous system that has been overwhelmed. Somatic Experiencing® provides supporting conditions for individuals to process their experience so that the event is not overwhelming again. This allows the individual to respond in a way they couldn’t before, restoring rhythm, integration, and healing.

This is coaching—not therapy.
While therapy involves clinical treatment and deep psychological processing, coaching is a collaborative, body-based process that helps you implement strategies for personal growth. Somatic Coaching does not include trauma processing or diagnosis.
